June 7: Elo Launches APR, a New, State-of-the-Art Touch Technology.
Elo has developed Acoustic Pulse Recognition (APR), a breakthrough touch technology that uses a completely new and unique way of sensing touches on a display. APR technology provides a new set of benefits that have only been partially achieved by other touch technologies–the optics and durability of pure glass, activation with finger, pen, or credit card, excellent dragging properties, and resistance to contaminants.
